Its never too late to start over. You need to start making monthly vision boards because i find the works much to keep me on track. I started this technique last year and really saw results. I really want to maximise my working time as well. as my rest times. Here is my strategy

 

START IMMEDIATELY

  1. Conscious spending habits having a budget not buying recklessly, buying what I actually want (Start Budgeting)
  2. Learning to bake or baking things I’ve never made before (Easy recipes)
  3. An organized closet (by colour, if possible!) Organisers i find Helpful
  4. More work on my business/ side hustles
  5. Green tea and lots of fruits & salads with yummy dressing (A fabulous Detox Guide and Sustainable weightloss guide)
  6. Classic music or theatre
  7. Journalling and Bible studies
  8. Reading or audiobooks instead of scrolling (Current read list Fourth WingAtomic habitsThe housemaidThe courage to be disliked
  9. Correcting my posture and facial shape (Posture trainer , Gua sha)

DITCH IMMEDIATELY

  1. Messy room, closet and work spaces
  2. Not standing up/moving during work
  3. No intention setting, plan or daily schedule
  4. Overspending
  5. Unrealistic goals that simply cannot be achieved
  6. Complaining
  7. Binge watching series or binge scrolling
  8. Not speaking up or expressing feelings during conversations
  9. Still being subscribed to channels that don’t align with me
