Its never too late to start over. You need to start making monthly vision boards because i find the works much to keep me on track. I started this technique last year and really saw results. I really want to maximise my working time as well. as my rest times. Here is my strategy
START IMMEDIATELY
- Conscious spending habits having a budget not buying recklessly, buying what I actually want (Start Budgeting)
- Learning to bake or baking things I’ve never made before (Easy recipes)
- An organized closet (by colour, if possible!) Organisers i find Helpful
- More work on my business/ side hustles
- Green tea and lots of fruits & salads with yummy dressing (A fabulous Detox Guide and Sustainable weightloss guide)
- Classic music or theatre
- Journalling and Bible studies
- Reading or audiobooks instead of scrolling (Current read list Fourth Wing, Atomic habits, The housemaid, The courage to be disliked
- Correcting my posture and facial shape (Posture trainer , Gua sha)
DITCH IMMEDIATELY
- Messy room, closet and work spaces
- Not standing up/moving during work
- No intention setting, plan or daily schedule
- Overspending
- Unrealistic goals that simply cannot be achieved
- Complaining
- Binge watching series or binge scrolling
- Not speaking up or expressing feelings during conversations
- Still being subscribed to channels that don’t align with me
